- DataViz Documents To Go 9 and earlier. Program installs and successfully syncs with PDA but Windows client crashes when opened. DataViz is aware of the problem.
- Microsoft ActiveSync (any version) - ActiveSync is deprecated; use Windows Mobile Device Center instead. WMDC replaces ActiveSync.
- Motorola Q from Verizon Wireless with WMDC does not work, is not supported by Verizon either.
- TI InterActive! Does not install.
